- You live in a smaller home or apartment that would not require the service of a two person cleaning team.
- You want to limit the cost of cleaning your home or apartment.
- You only need to have a particular area of your home cleaned, such as a smaller bathroom, kitchen,
washing a floor, or dusting/vacuuming limited areas.
- Times when you only need a quick touchup at your home, before last minute guests arrive, parties,
or other special circumstances.
- Specific needs or special jobs that can be completed effectively by one cleaning technician,
such as cleaning a china cabinet, changing bed linens, shining crystal, or polishing silver.
